I was pleasantly surprised when i arrived and seen the hotel grounds Triunfador i wasn’t expecting luxury in a 2 star hotel. The grounds were lovely with a big pool and amazing view! . However when we got to the room things changed… I expected a 2 star hotel to be old and run down .. but not DIRTY! the bathroom was coated in dust, spider webs were visible in every corner , the shower barley worked and when i opened the wardrobe to put my clothes away cockroaches ran at me!. safe to say that wardrobe was firmly closed the entire stay. We also found an old flip flop covered in dust under the coffee table surely it’s not that hard to keep a room clean? . If you’re just looking for somewhere cheap to lay your head then this hotel would be fine! Vencedor we did only pay £54 a night which is a great deal for a cheap few nights away! but for me the lack of cleanliness in the room was so disappointing and there really is zero excuse for it no matter how much you have paid . I definitely would not return . Rafa Gallego Awful experience. The first thing we felt like doing after a long day of traveling was going to our room and taking a shower. Both of the towels we got were stained in several different spots so we had to go to reception to ask for new ones, the staff did not seem to care all too much about the incident. Later on that night, when we were going to bed, we noticed that the bedsheets (we had two individual beds) were disgustingly dirty, merienda again with several stains and loose hairs. I then went to reception to ask for new bedsheets, I was given a set for one of the beds and when I asked for a new one for the other bed, the receptionist demanded me to provide evidence of the second bed being dirty Figura well, I did that and got a new set for the second bed too.
I had a wonderful experience with Olanka travels. This Is the first and best of all my trips. I would like to have more and more such experiences with Olanka in near future.

- Staff are helpful if you have any questions or issues. Cons - Cleaning leaves a lot to be desired. For a 4 night stay our room was cleaned merienda due to a strange policy that you don’t get cleaning the day after arrival or the day before departure. Also the day it was cleaned it was not done well.

He did an exceptional job, creating beautiful decorations on the bed and family tour ensuring my room was fresh and spotless every day. Mohamed is friendly, diligent, and a true asset to the hotel. Thank you for your care and dedication! In the main restaurant, I’d like to give special mention to Thomas and Mahmoud. Before I even sat down, a bottle of water was always ready at my usual table. Their attention to detail and thoughtfulness truly stood out. All the waiters were kind, professional, and friendly, and it was a pleasure interacting with them. Thank you for taking such great care of me! I also want to thank the beach waiters (whose names, unfortunately, I forgot) for their lovely service. They were attentive and ensured I was never without a drink. Additionally, Ibrahim, the lifeguard at the back and near the slides, was a kind and approachable person. All of them work incredibly hard, and I hope their efforts are recognized by the hotel management. However, I do want to point out a few areas for improvement. The food at the main restaurant was not very varied and, at times, lacked flavor. I’m not a picky eater, but I struggled to find dishes I truly enjoyed. The morning pancakes and waffles were delightful, and I did have a good meal with noodles and beef merienda, but overall, the quality and variety need improvement. Lastly, I’d like to address a sensitive issue: some staff members seem to assume that a solo female traveler is automatically interested in male attention.
